The Zambia Entrepreneurs’ Park & College (ZEP/ZEC) in Rufunsa, supported by the Furrer Foundation, is a fast-growing vocational and professional training institution dedicated to equipping students with practical, industry-relevant skills. We are expanding our team and invite a qualified, passionate, hardworking, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to fill the position of an Instructor-Commercial Clerk (Entrepreneurship). He/she will report to the school administrator

• Develop and deliver engaging classroom and practical lessons in Commercial Clerk studies, integrated with Entrepreneurship • Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, training materials, and assessment tools aligned with TEVETA competency-based training standards. • Supervise practical and project-based sessions, including student business simulations and start-up projects. • Prepare students for TEVETA certification examinations and employment or self-employment opportunities. • Teach entrepreneurship skills, including business idea generation, business planning, marketing, costing and pricing, and small business management

• • Ability to deliver Competency-Based Training (CBT) in line with TEVETA standards
• • Excellent lesson planning, assessment, and student evaluation skills.
• • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications, Google work space
• • Must be Business Oriented (entrepreneur)
