The Zambia Entrepreneurs’ Park & College (ZEP/ZEC) in Rufunsa, supported by the Furrer Foundation, is a fast-growing vocational and professional training institution dedicated to equipping students with practical, industry-relevant skills. We are expanding our team and invite qualified, passionate, hardworking, detail-oriented and motivated individuals to fill the following position: Lecturer-Commercial Clerk (Entreprenuership)

• Develop and deliver engaging classroom and practical lessons in Entrepreneurship and Business Studies.
• Train students in business planning, opportunity identification, venture creation, marketing, financial management, and small business operations.
• Assess student performance through practical exercises, assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, training materials, and assessment tools aligned with TEVETA competency-based training standards.
• Supervise practical and project-based learning sessions, including student business simulations and start-up projects.
• Mentor students by providing academic support, career guidance, and industry best practices.
• Keep abreast of developments in entrepreneurship, business, and enterprise development, integrating current industry practices into training.

• • Experience: Entry level, with experience of teaching and/or industrial experience in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or Management being an added advantage.
• Education: A Diploma in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Degree is an added
